A true collector’s gem, this exceptionally rare Land Rover Defender 90 2.8i is one of only 656 examples produced exclusively for the South African market. Built under BMW’s ownership of Land Rover, it features the acclaimed 2.8-litre BMW M52 straight-six petrol engine – a smooth, torquey unit producing 142kW (190bhp) and 280Nm of torque. Acceleration is brisk for a Defender, with 0–60mph covered in just 9.1 seconds.
