1958 JAGUAR XK150 XK150S DHC - £100,000
Jaguar XK150S DHC in Cotswold Blue with Black Mohair hood and Biscuit interior. 3.4L original engine. 4 speed manual gearbox with overdrive. Originally RHD it was later made into LHD as it then spent some time in the USA. It was reverted back to RHD on it's return to the UK using the original parts that had been stored. Also it was originally manufactured as a FHC model and was converted to DHC at some stage. In addition the engine was uprated to S model at some point. Since it's return to the UK it has had considerable restorative work on it, including an engine rebuild in 2014. I have a file with numerous invoices etc, relating to the work done on it since 1998. Unfortunately there is no paperwork prior to then. It has a lovely Mahogany dashboard in place of the usual leather one and has bucket seats in place of the usual bench seat. It drives extremely well and smoothly. I have had it regularly serviced by a local garage and have also had it checked out by Jaguar Classic. It has an agreed valuation of £100000.
