This TR4a (not IRS), structurally excellent condition having had a body off chassis restoration. The bodyshell having gone through acid dip process and totally resprayed. Originally left hand drive but converted over to right hand drive at some time. Interior completely replaced, new carpets, seats foams and completely new trim. New Mohair roof and tonneau cover. I have a complete photographic history of restoration showing TR condition in both before and after, which I can forward to anyone that is genuinely interested. There are invoices totalling over £31,000 (cost of last rebuild) not including invoices any previous work carried prior to body restoration. Chassis remains untouched other than a clean and a coat of paint the main mechanics again were much untouched gearbox had been replaced and upgraded to overdrive at some time, though brake pipes and brakes have been fully reconditioned inc front callipers, pads shoes and wheel cylinders. Please note, it is not TR4 it's a original US import where they had TR4A with solid axle. It’s almost a cross between the two models. More or less a TR4A trim and TR4 mechanics. Yes, confusing I agree but I didn't want to mislead with just saying TR4A. There are a few of these TR4A around, I hope this clear's up any confusion. Will consider sensible offers.
