1954 Model 86 Series 1,registered built in December 1953. Original chassis repaired as necessary, galvanised, rebushed and painted in original bronze green. To this was added a new reproduction bulkhead by respected Houben Brothers the go to choice of DLR amongst other respected restorers. This was the basis of a considered and sympathetic restoration. Mechanics overhauled as necessary including a bronze worm & nut conversion to steering box by Byfleet Steering Services.Sits on a full set of Jones springs and new shock absorbers. Has new interior by Exmoor rim and full Sand Canvas,replacement custom loom by Autosparks.A folder of Invoices and Receipts to back up all work which has been extensive, plus some history including correspondence with first owners son now deceased.A first time starter and proven reliable on a run this Landy is ready for work or play.
