Background:The Jaguar X358 represented the final iteration of the long-running XJ line that began with the X350 in 2003. Launched in 2007, the X358 featured a number of exterior and interior updates over its predecessor, including revised bumpers, a new grille, updated lights and a reprofiled bonnet and rear valance. Mechanically similar to the earlier model, it retained the bonded and riveted aluminium body construction for which the X350/X358 platform is known, delivering a compelling mix of refinement, performance and surprising agility.
