The Mark X or Mk X (pronounced Mark Ten) is a car by Jaguar Cars and introduced to the market in 1961. The United States was a significant market for Jaguar, and with that market in mind, the large Mk X, measuring 5.13 meters in length and 1.94 meters in width, was developed. The Mk X debuted in October 1961 with a 245 horsepower 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine. In 1964, Jaguar increased the engine displacement to 4.2 liters, boosting the power to 265 horsepower.
