Revitalised following its take-over by Alejandro de Tomaso, Benelli launched a range of new four and six-cylinder sports bikes in the 1970s Smallest of the range was the 254 (actually 231cc) quarter-litre roadster, its name deriving from '250cc/four-cylinder' The smallest production four-cylinder motorcycle at the time, it was also one of the most expensive, but it did include cast alloy wheels, Brembo disc brakes, and an electric starter Stunningly styled and built like a Swiss watch, the 28bhp, high-revving lightweight was capable of over 90mph This example is presented in complete condition but will need recommissioning or restoring before use One previous owner and current owner since 2003 Showing just over 4,000 recorded km Complete with original owners handbook, service manual and some old MOTs Also supplied with numerous spares as pictured including panels and spare wheels UK-registered on a current V5C Being offered with No Reserve
