Being sold as a started project but time ran out and it's time to sell up my man cave. I got the Daimler in 2017 been in the mans garage a fair time and did not start. I took a gamble as the mileage was clearly correct and trailered it back to the IoW, replaced all the hoses and new plugs, leads and points etc and the Daimler ran beautifully. The gearbox sump gasket leaked common on Borg Warner boxes left standing, so never got to drive it. Still on it's Crossply tyres. All of the wood is redone, needs some work and re-commissioning, only rust on O/S front wing. There is a new headlining with it, all of the parts I removed to start the work are there. It needs time and work but it deserves being saved as a very straight and good car for a 55 year old vehicle. It was the one car I wanted to drive in my later years but health reasons have stopped that.
