Fast forward to 2006 the car was acquired by a UK collector who dispatched the Vantage to Aston Martin Works Service to prepare the car to V600 specification (Dynamic Pack). The works commenced on 16th May 2006, in addition to these works the Vantage was converted from left hand drive to right hand drive. All of these works were carried out by the men who had built the car originally. On file we have the complete invoices (17 pages) listing every item of work carried out. Removing interior trims, steering column, pedal assemblies, handbrake, steering rack and instruments etc. Installing steering column brackets, modifying heater motors and fitting pedal housing to bulkhead. Installing brake servo / master cylinder and pedal assemblies for right hand drive. Making up and installing new vacuum hoses to suit air conditioning controls and fuel system carbon canisters. Fabricating and installing new brake pipes as necessary. Installing new and re-working wiring harnesses as necessary. Cleaning engine intercooler tanks and air pipes.
