This rather rare and delightful Triumph vitesse convertible is in excellent condition! The automobile shows all original details. What makes the Vitesse very desirable is the presence of a smooth six-cylinder engine and the possibility to enjoy this open top car with four people! In the period 1968 – 1971 only 3470 cars of this type have been built, of which a minority is LHD (left hand driven) like this fine specimen. The car features overdrive, two door-mounted rear view mirrors, electric cooling fan, tow-bar, Stainless Steel exhaust, steering wheel with wood rim, and a km/h odometer/ speedometer. Recently the clutch and the overdrive have been overhauled, and the two Stromberg carburettors have been overhauled and adjusted. The tyres and the battery have been renewed quite recently.
