TR7 convertible in Cavalry Blue with electric power steering. I have owned this car for nearly 6 years. The previous owner maintained the car with no regard to cost. The car had a complete new interior, prop shaft, fuel tank, full poly bush kit on the suspension, rear KYB shocks, recon heater, recon steering rack, new clutch including hydraulics, new viscous fan unit and new boot trim. All the work and maintenance was undertaken by S&S Preparations and there is an extensive history file. Since then the car has completed 4200 miles and in that time I have had electric power steering fitted with adjustable resistance as well as a new alternator, battery, Powerspark electronic ignition, spin-off oil filter, LED instrument lights, new front shock absorbers, anti-dive blocks, headlamp relays, Greenstuff brake pads, DRL’s and aluminium carb mounts. The bodywork is in very good condition although there are some minor rust blisters on the doors. The paintwork is good and in line with the car’s age. The underside is solid and has been Lanoguarded. The hood is excellent and watertight, however there is a slight split in the driver’s rear quarter light which has been sealed with a Triumph branded decal. The car is registered as historic and is tax and MoT free however it has the reassurance of a valid MoT until May 2026.
