The T120 Bonneville 650 was introduced in 1959 and its namesake is still in production today Launched as a 650cc and subsequently increased to 750cc in 1973 This example was 'Thruxtonised' in period and raced by Brian Bartlett, famously photographed chasing Dave Croxton at Brands Hatch in 1973 Once Brian Bartlett had ceased using the bike in competition, it was stored for many years until restored in 2004 to its current road-going condition by its new owner Engine rebuilt by Triumph specialist George Holloway to road trim and period-correct Thruxton low-level silencers fitted along with correct half-fairing Fitted with original Triumph "Thruxton Catalogue" correct bars, levers, Dunlop rims, long-range fuel tank and race seat Presented in mostly original condition and in good running order Paperwork included contains old period race photo, handwritten race set ups, old MOTs and receipts old RF60 log book and other related paperwork Current replacement engine cases not stamped One of the best and original 'Thruxtonised' Bonnevilles currently available UK-registered on a current V5C
