Low mileage, manual gearbox fitted with overdrive on third and fourth. Non runner at present, suspect fuel pump although fuel lines and spark plugs were replaced by the previous owner. The engine has been started by bypassing the fuel line as a very temporary check and sounds wonderful on start up, considering the car has been garaged for the last 3 years with no mileage recorded. Although the car has been started it will be sold as a restoration project or for spares, repair. The original paint finish was Magenta but has since been repainted red. The hood has been replaced with a very good donor along with a new windscreen seal. The car was subject to a £2500 renovation in 2002 including an engine rebuild with new chain guides & tension kit together with a new jackshaft kit. The car has also received suspension work and has been subject to welding, I suspect the sills will require replacing, they are at present hidden behind chrome over sills. Past MOT records suggestive car has had little use in terms of miles in recent decades with around 3000 miles recorded in the past 21 years. At present the car is a non runner and has been garaged for the last 3 years and has suffered general neglect & mice attacks to electrics etc, windows and wipers are currently not functional. Tyres have a reasonable depth of tread although they are over 20 years old. For the avoidance of doubt the car will require to be trailed away when collected.
