Designed by Tony Stevens in the late 70s and shown at the British Motor show in 1980 the Cipher was a design that Professor Stevens was later approached by a Consortium from Malaysia in 1995 to be produced by Proton - see grade notes. Registration number in some pictures is from a Proton Satria donor. The car was never road registered in UK and only used for 1,900 miles of basic road testing.
