The car has been with me for 7 years with 4 previous owners since it's registration in august 1996. The car has a full and well documented history over its 77400 miles since new, whilst only covering 2590 miles during my seven years and garaged every night since then. A huge history folder !!! During my ownership major resto works having been undertaken by a very respected garage in Cannock with full photographic record taken during the works – involving new floors – rear subframe – suspension – discs and calipers inc brake pipes and both inner and outer cills. Extensive engine bay respray with engine out and engine painted and dressed and extra soundproofing added. The headlining has been totally replaced and renewed. The interior has recently received a new carpet retrim and inner soundproofing and front seats have had foam refurbished and webbing replaced. We have added a few ‘personal’ touches to the car in terms of period wider mini lite style alloys and 165/65 tyres and a walnut steering wheel and gearknob but all mc35 parts not on the vehicle in these pictures have been retained and will be sold with the car included in the price – these being wing mirrors/steering wheel/gearknob and standard issue wheels and tyres. The car has just been fully serviced and has 12 months MoT plus we have just fitted a new back exhaust box. There are a couple of the usual Mini issues that need minor attention and this is reflected in our asking price – some bubbling at the bottom of both door skins needs sorting and where the front wings join the scuttle also need minor work. I have 2 new outer door skins which I will include in the asking price.
