1933 Rolls Royce 20/25 Tourer Chassis number: GRW73 Registration Number: JJ6146 Coming to us from long term ownership ending with an estate sale. This 20/25 is in very nice order & has just arrived with us. It is having a full sevice perfomred by marque specialist Lee Kenworthy Engineering. When we collected the car it stared readily & ran very quietly. Having been little used for three years we thought it prudent to give it a thorough service prior to extended use. A modern alternator has been fitted giving reliable charging for extended night time operation with no danger of depleting the battery. The car is finished in smart red paintwork over black wings with the paint in good order. The bonnet is of raw polished aluminium. Recent works include removal of the radiator for an acid wash & de-scaling. The body is an attractive dual cowl arrangement affording plenty of room up front. A black mohair hood completes the ensemble. To the interior is beige leather again in good condition along with matching carpets. A large motoring trunk is fited to the rear of the car for tools & picnic requisites. Newish tyres are fitted to the four corners. This is a car that clearly has been well cared for & looked after & is running very well. Coming as it does from an estate sale it has a complete absence of paperwork other then a photo copy of the V5. A nice drinks cabinet is installed for the use of rear occupants along with twin fold out occasional tables. These are also fixings in situ for a tonneau cover although none was evident when we collected the car. We will of course conduct a full & proper photo shoot once the service work is complete.
