Team Acemo entered the car into the AMLS in 2002 where it had the following results: First race: 23.06.2002 – 6 Hours Watkins Glen: Qualified 20th (1:55.026) and finished 11th overall. 04.07.2002 – Paul Revere 250 Daytona: Qualified 20th (1:56.665) DNF due to it being “punted”. 09.08.2002 – 250 mile Watkins Glen: Qualified 20th and finished 15th overall. 01.09.2002 – Virginia 500 Miles: Qualified 13th (2:19.879) and finished 6th overall. 15.09.2002 – Mont-Tremblant 6 Hours: Qualified 9th (1:35.891) and finished 3rd overall. 10.11.2002 – Daytona Finale 3 Hours: Qualified 23rd (1:55.358) and finished 10th overall. 10.07.2005 – Monza 1000 Kilometers: The chassis was rented to Tech 9 Motorport for this race.  They fitted their own engine to the car which failed mid-race.  Qualified 39th (1:56.064) and DNF. 3rd overall in the 2002 ALMS championship! Following it’s competitive life it has had only 4 private owners and has been used sparingly. This car is ready to race in the growing number of historic events that re-create an era when Porsche were at the top of their game.
