Several tuning companies also saw the potential of the Sprite, one of the main exponents was John Sprinzel, who working with Williams and Pritchard designed the Sprinzel Sebring Sprite Coupe, of which 6 were built. John’s own car was registered PMO 200 and had much success in both international racing and rallying, most notably when driven by Stirling Moss at Sebring in 1961.
