1970 MG BGT HERITAGE SHELL REBUILD - £22,950
This 1970 MG B GT with manual gearbox and overdrive has been the subject of a complete nut and bolt total rebuild using a British Motor Industry Heritage shell and doors that is currently priced at £17.5K when supplied in primer. It has been finished in Goodwood Green with Black interior and Chrome wire wheels. The car has covered approximately 120 dry miles since the completion of it's rebuild by a professional engineer in 2024. There is a genuine reason for it's current availability. During the rebuild all parts from the donor vehicle were either rebuilt or replaced by new components. The car is effectively in "as new" condition. The restoration included a fully rebuilt engine with lead free head and rebuilt gearbox with overdrive unit. The photographs, more of which are available on request, speak for themselves and need no further description. Currently to rebuild a car to this specification and quality would cost in excess of £30k without labour costs. The bodyshell has been fully rustproofed to ensure the longevity of this beautiful example of a stylish and practical classic sports car.
