MGB GT V8 factory built. Excellent condition, rustproof treated from new. Very original condition. Large service and bill history going back to 1987. All MOTs from the first one in 1979, current MOT until Feb 2026. Owned since 2020, bought from enthusiast who owned the car for 30 years. 7 previous owners. Engine & gearbox rebuilt. Engine fitted with top hat liners, unleaded cylinder heads, mild road cam, new pistons, crank reground. Gearbox has overdrive. Cooling fans switched by electronic revotec 'otter' switch. This is how all MG's should have been, the V8 engine gives smooth powerful performance, and returns good fuel economy due to high gearing and light weight body. Damask red is one of the best colours available, a real head turner! For sale because after being a life long MG owner I have gone over to the dark side and now own a Triumph TR5 and TR3!
