A genuine example of a 1963 MGB Roadster. Owned by me and dry garaged for the last 32 years. Mileage 12,220. The car was first registered on 24th September 1963. Only ever had 3 owners from new. The car is in the fabulous Tartan Red colour. MoT's dating from 1987 are included. The last MoT dated 14th August 2023 at 12129 miles. The Interior: Original interior. The interior is predominantly finished in Black, the seats are box pleated Black leather and finished in Red piping. Black carpets to the interior and boot. The dash front is finished in the MG’s original textured Black finish. The original steering wheel is fitted. A spare wheel and original tool kit. The car is in immaculate condition with near perfect paintwork. There are no scratches or rust spots, there are a few minor chips on door edges etc. The bodywork and paintwork underwent a full restoration between 1991 - 1993. Door handles are not the pull type as they should be but the later model type, as these were not available to buy at the time of restoration. The paintwork is in excellent overall condition. There are 5 chrome wire wheels and the car will come with it's original steel Pepper Pot wheels. All 5 tyres are Firestone F-560 165R14 and are all like new. The Black Vinyl hood is not the best. Light lenses and cabin glass are clear and undamaged. The car looks great and is very of it's period with all the correct badges in place. The Mechanics: The car is fitted with the 1789cc B-series engine with stainless steel.
