2002 MX5 Phoenix with 57k miles. MoT June 25. Has big brakes and LSD as standard with this edition. Comes with original Silver wheels. The car was undersealed from new, serviced by Mazda 02-13, private garage 14-15 and by me since 2016. I am an ex Toyota mechanic and the car has been maintained to a very high standard. New cambelt, water pump and tensioner fitted at 51k miles. 4 new Michelin PS3 tyres, 2 front calipers fitted and discs all round, N/S/F ABS sensor replaced. The rear sill sections are a known problem and have been replaced professionally with correct sill sections. The front chassis legs are perfect and solid. The car is solid above and below ground. The interior is immaculate and has that new car smell and the soft top is also immaculate and waterproof. The paint work is excellent. It has Bilstein suspension and a fresh alignment. I come from a Motorsport background of over 50 years but the car has not been thrashed or tracked. That is an honest statement as I had a Toyota competition car for my Motorsport days. The car was inherited from my son and as such was used for pure Summer pleasure. I am doing very little miles in it these days and it has to go. I am too old to polish it every time it goes out.
