The ITOM factory was founded in Turin by lawyer Corrado Corradi, the name being an abbreviation of Industria Torinese Meccanica Srl The most popular ITOM model was the Astor 4M which was introduced in 1965 with a 49.5cc engine delivering 5.5-6bhp at 10,000rpm, mated to a 4-speed gearbox Beautifully presented in Lemon Yellow and white, this rare Astor 4M was first registered in the Province of Roma in 1994 It's unknown when the bike was restored, but it has certainly been carried out to an excellent standard and remains in very good condition Imported to the UK from Rome in 2017 and purchased by our vendor that same year. A NOVA is on file Forming part of our vendor's stunning Collection, this rare ITOM has been on museum display since purchase and will require some recommissioning prior to active use
