The Ford Model A was produced between 1927-1931 and became Ford's second successful production model. It had been preceded by the Ford Model T which had revolutionised production techniques and had given Ford a march on their competitors in the Twenties. Although produced for only three years the production numbers were impressive with figures reaching two million by July 1929 and with a design that would endure in American folk-law for decades with Hot Rodders and Customisers. Offered today is a 1929 Ford Pick-up that was custom built by American experts at the 'Adult Toy Factory' of Las Cruces in New Mexico.

This superb Model A Pick-Up was purchased by the present owner in 2008 and a nine year restoration began in 2010 with it being finished in 2019. During this time, it was stripped down to the chassis and rebuilt (photo albums in history file chronicling this) and it is presented in the gleaming bright yellow with black wheel guards and yellow spoke wheels to match (spare wheel mounted on the driver's side). The interior is finished in black and the rear luggage space has wooden slats sides enabling for the transporting of larger cargo (should that be needed). This stunning and iconic British vehicle is running and driving which will surely be a head turner wherever it is. Consigned by James Good
