FORD CONSUL 375 MK. II - £9,000
Originally registered on 28th March 1961 this Ford Consul has been the subject of an extensive restoration in and around 2012. An extensive collection of photographs of the extent of the work carried out are in the history folder. The car was completely stripped and the body had new floors fitted with many other corroded areas cut out and re-fabricated. The red paintwork appears to be of a good standard. Mechanically again there is photographic evidence of the engine being rebuilt, along with extensive other mechanical work. The interior has been completely retrimmed. An additional rear exhaust pipe has been fitted along with a set of Wolfrace alloy wheels. Looking at the MoT history, it appears the car has done approximately 300 miles since the restoration was carried out. Supplied with a V5C registration document, together with a history folder and a huge collection of photographs. This attractive example is the ideal family car to take to classic car events like the Goodwood Revival or the Brooklands Breakfasts. Consigned by Stewart Banks.
