This four-car transporter with DAF XF tractor unit has been owned privately since 2013 and has been used to transport our vendor's impressive Collection of historic cars across Europe for the past 12 years. The tractor unit had covered a mere 705,860km (438,601 miles), at the time of cataloguing and the MOT is valid until 30th June 2026. The DAF XF 105.460 is known for its robust performance and suitability for long distance transport. It's powered by a Paccar MX-13, 12.9-litre, six-cylinder diesel engine, which delivers 460bhp and is turbocharged with air-to-air charge cooling. It also utilizes the AdBlue system for emissions control, adhering to Euro 5 standards. It features a ZF 12-speed AS Tronic semi-automatic gearbox, a DAF single reduction drive axle with a differential lock and an air-suspended mid-lift/steer axle providing enhanced manoeuvrability and load capacity.
