Lovely 1964 2cv AZAM. 425cc, 6 volt electrics. Imported and given a sympathetic restoration in 2007, this very original AZAM is reluctantly offered for sale due to the owner's emigration. When it was restored it received new floors, toeboard, and other areas of the bodyshell where required. It was resprayed in the original grey and had an interior retrim and a new roof. It also had an engine rebuild, with new pistons and barrels; plus new starter motor, braking system overhaul, new driveshafts, and a carburettor overhaul. It has all the correct running gear for this age of 2cv, including the 425cc engine, front drum brakes, centrifugal clutch, friction dampers etc. The chassis is the original, and is in excellent condition. The car has just been serviced and has had a new 6 volt battery fitted. It drives every bit as nicely as it looks! Price is or nearest offer. Inspection is highly recommended.
