It maintains the original pre-war lines while incorporating contemporary mechanical and cosmetic upgrades - A unique proposition for those who appreciate classic design paired with improved performance and stunning looks! This Chevrolet Pick-Up was built in a transitional year. The model combines design traits from the 1935 series with emerging features of the forthcoming 1937 style, marking it as both rare and distinctive. Only a few thousand units were manufactured making the 1936 model rare and collectible. This example was beautifully built and finished and the car drives perfectly. This unique restomod comes with Dutch documentation and registration. A unique find and a striking head-turner! Modifications include: Suspension & Handling: FatMan Stage V Mustang front suspension alongside an air-ride shock system with polished stainless-steel control arms and manual rack; rear Air-4-link system allowing a 10 cm height adjustment. Braking & Steering: Front disc brakes complemented by a polished stainless triangulated Air4Link system at the rear, chrome brake booster, new brake lines, and power steering. Powertrain: A Chevrolet 350 C.I.D. long block V8 (290 hp) from Summit Racing paired with a TH350 automatic transmission. Fuel & Bodywork: Stainless steel fuel tank and lines; new loading bed sheet metal; replacement of external rubbers, fender profiles, window guides, tinted windows, and a new hood ornament. The chassis has been sandblasted and powder-coated, while the body has been fully refurbished, sandblasted, repaired, sanded, and repainted. Wheels & Interior: American Racing TorqTrust rims fitted with 17” Toyo tyres (235/45ZR17) at the front and 20” Toyo tyres (275/40R20) at the rear; electric windows and genuine red/black leather upholstery enhanced by a new E-Z wiring kit.
