This Series 62 was well-optioned and cost $3,066.16 new, with Goodrich BW tyres, windscreen washer, wheel discs, license frames, automatic heat control, fog lights, and a vanity mirror. The vehicle retains all of these options, bar the original tyres, and its current paintwork and interior are as per the factory body tag. This Cadillac underwent a massive restoration, by Cadillac specialists in the USA, bringing it back to factory specifications. The engine and transmission were also removed and rebuilt, with the electric and hydraulic systems tested at the same time. A full 1950 workshop manual comes with the car, plus the 1951 model year supplement.
