Black vinyl soft-top with opening rear window (zipper) and a black hood cover. The Triumph Spitfire is a wonderful British sports car designed by the Italian master Michelotti and built upon a modified Triumph Herald chassis. This beautiful example is in a very good condition and the car drives delightfully. The car is powered by a 1300 cc four-cylinder engine which can be admired in full glory when the large front hinged bonnet is being opened. The car comes with a comprehensive history file which also contains the invoice of the engine overhaul. This Triumph Spitfire shows beautiful original details, and is fitted with chrome wire wheels, additional driving lights at the front, and a chrome baggage rack on the boot lid. The original seats were replaced by period correct bucket seats which offer more side support during sporty driving sessions, and the original steering wheel was replaced by a very nice MOMO sports steering wheel with a leather clad rim. This Triumph Spitfire will bring a lot of classic sporty driving fun and it will be a great machine as the centre piece of your classic car hobby! We speak Dutch, English , German and French.
