MGB GT 1977. Vermillion Red. No need for MoT, 0 GBP road tax, ULEZ free and cheap to insure even compared to most modern cars. I have been using the car daily for most part of the past year. This means it has seen Winter and Summer, sun, rain, snow, heat, ice, mud (yes mud) stop and go traffic, traffic jams, open roads, supermarket car parks, motorshows and motorways. Naturally it demanded maintenance and new parts. I spent thousands on it. New parts and work include: stainless steel exhaust system and manifold, fuel pump, brake servo, new air filters (also have the originals), distributor, sports coil, brake master cylinder, alternator, heater control valve, a lot of re wiring etc. I have all the paperwork regarding this plus a lot of previous history. Cosmetically it is completely original and it shows it has been used and enjoyed recently which means it has a lot of scratches and scuffs, paint and metalwork are fading, there is superficial rust on the wheels and a slightly cracked rear light. My camera does not have good quality so please note car does not look so clean as in the pictures, it looks very used in reality but is still presentable. It is in roadworthy condition ready to used. It is also a good base to turn into a show car or race at amateur events. It is an icon of motoring and a joy to drive (except in stop and go traffic as one might expect). There is really nothing more to say about the car, it was a childhood dream, I made true, enjoyed it (a lot) now adulthood speaks louder and buying a house became a priority so sadly it needs to but for a good cause. If your intention is to remove the original colour or the interior trim, or replace the bumpers with chromes you can do as you wish after the car is yours but I beg you please don't lie to me and leave me forever in ignorance.
