A unique example of this much sought after car, it is a totally rebuilt version starting with a brand new HERITAGE RV8 spec MGB GT shell (this shell is currently 13k + vat). It is of the latest design all steel shell with a solid roof and hatchback with chrome bumpers. The shell has been painted in Old English White with a contrast beige interior. The donor car bought by me was totally unusable hence the purchase of the Heritage shell, I have basically used all new parts throughout in the rebuild apart from a Rover V8 3.9 engine that was from a low mileage Range Rover, this was totally overhauled by Country Engineering and fitted with a TVR 5 speed gearbox again overhauled by a transmission co. The engine has stump puller camshaft, lightened flywheel, 4-barrel Elderbrock carburettor, cast alloy dual plane inlet manifold, large bore exhaust manifolds, Electronic ignition, remote oil filter and oil cooler, custom built large radiator with large automatic electric fan. All of the suspension is Frontline developments with rear 5-point linkage and coil over shockers and the front is coils and gas shockers. The front brakes are larger discs with 4 pot callipers, Rear axle and brakes are the larger MGC equipment. Alloy minilite wheels, good tyres, stainless steel exhaust, new chrome all round, Brand new real leather interior and new carpets, really is like a new smelling car!! This car is not for the fainthearted and would make a great track day car, please be aware of the specifications listed. I have tried to cover as much as possible but the list is endless. It is a historic vehicle which means no Tax or MOT needed.
