Although we can't confirm it, the vendor tells us this 2.8-litre XR4x4 has never been welded. Its second owner held onto it for 31 years, and it's had only three keepers since new. The car was first registered on 8th March 1987 and passed its latest MOT on 18th June with no advisories.It comes with a few receipts, showing installation of a Thatcham Category 1 immobiliser in January, plus £460 worth of recommissioning last year and a new fuel pump the year before. We're told the underside has been sealed with Dinitrol, including its cavities.
