This exceptional Aston Martin V8 is a very special example as it has been the subject of a full restoration with considerable upgrades. During the custodianship of the previous fastidious owner, the car was entrusted to Tim Butcher at Trinity Engineering to rebuild the car to closely resemble the much later X Pack Vantages of the late 80’s. No stone was left unturned in the lengthy process of the refurbishment and virtually every moving part was either completely rebuilt or replaced with new. The exemplary finish of the bodywork with perfect shut lines and a high gloss blue paint finish is very pleasing to the eye. The retrimming of the interior leaves no room for criticism, finished in Cream and piped in dark blue and complimented with perfect veneers and a period Nardi Steering wheel. The underside of the car was stripped back to bare metal and re-coated in a light crackle finish as it would have been when leaving the factory. All of the brake lines are very neatly fitted, and the stainless-steel exhaust system is the finishing touch.
