This stunning Humber 9/28 Saloon was first registered on the 18th April 1929. The model was in production from 1928 to 1931 with the main production year being 1929 with 1,141 units built. The Humber 9/28 has a four cylinder 1057cc engine with cast iron block and three speed gearbox.

FV 33 was with just one owner between 1963 and 1996 and was in need of some restoration having spent many years off the road. After changing hands in 1996 the Humber was totally rebuilt to a superb standard over a number of years. The car was mechanically overhauled to include an engine rebuild, the body was professionally restored and the upholstery re-trimmed to a high standard in leather. From 2002 the Humber was once again on the road and since has covered less than 2000 miles. The car presents superbly and has been nicely detailed ready for shows and rallies.

On the road our Humber performs superbly. The engine holds very good oil pressure and the car is a delight to drive. The Humber comes with a good history and its original Lancashire registration number. FV 33 is perfectly useable and is in a condition where it can be driven away.
