RYC 564R is a superbly detailed, restored car finished in Chartreuse Yellow with black leather seats. This MGB GT presents superbly with top quality paintwork, a beautifully detailed engine bay and a set of excellent Minilight alloy wheels.

The MG has recently been local to us in Thornton Le Dale and was driven here with no major faults. The engine is superb having being replaced with a re-conditioned unit in 2011, the gearbox smooth and the overdrive working. The car handles and brakes perfectly and is ready to be driven and enjoyed by the next owner with no further expense as the car has benefitted from substantial restoration work.

During the late 1990's the MG was subject of major body restoration work, interior trimming work and brake and suspension overhaul. From 2001 further work was carried out to include new luminition ignition system, new clutch, new radiator hoses, rebuilt overdrive unit, new petrol pump, engine and gearbox mountings, rebuilt carburettors and much more. As previously mentioned, the engine was replaced with a reconditioned unit in 2011.

The MG has finished to a very good standard and has been nicely detailed. The car is idea for shows, weekend driving and certainly capable of regular or daily use.
