This delightful car has had only 3 owners who between them have covered a total of 46,000 miles in 86 years. It has always been in the Edinburgh area and has not long passed its first (and potentially last) MoT.

The 10/26 replaced the earlier Singer 10 Model and was fairly advanced for its day. It is powered by an overhead valve 1308cc engine producing 26 hp and has a 12v electric system and electrical starting. It is easier to drive than many other cars of the time.

We were made aware of its existence in a lock-up where it had been for nearly 50 years earlier this year and have spent several months refurbishing the engine (which was seized) and other mechanincal parts. Otherwise we have kept it original and it thus presents a valuable historical item from the 1920s.
