Reluctanly for sale is my green 1967 MGB Roadster one of the last of the Mk1's on an F plate I have owned this car since March 2010. I am only selling now because of disability which is making it increasingly difficult for me to drive a manual car.

I have history/invoices back to 1996. There is a Moss invoice from Jan 2002 for a complete engine, part number 48G755LF Description 18GG LF. I think this means it is a lead free unit and according to some websites possibly 1950cc. I cannot confirm this but I have had comments on the cars "nippy" nature by other B owners that have driven it. It's negative earth with an alternator.

This car has been subject to a "Rolling Restoration" over the last two years as funds permitted. I have a photo record of the works done, which has included;

A new battery, new front dampers, new brakes & discs, new hood, new hood frame. It's had a fully rebuilt 3 synchro gearbox and overdrive from the Bhive, and a new clutch at the same time, oh and new door seals. Restoration works to both chassis rails underneath the car and part of the passenger side footwell. It also had two replacement doors, a new boot lid and a bare metal re-spray in Imperial green. The panel gaps are good. It has an electric cooling fan and I've uprated the oil filter to the spin on type rather than the original cannister. I've still got the original if you want to put it back. It has a Moto-Lita Steering Wheel and Lumenition system fitted.

This is not a concourse car but it is a good useable example.

The MOT is next due on 27th April 2013 and it is tax exempt.
