SOLD: A lovely Clio Williams 2 with a detailed history file

The sports blue paintwork on this Renault Clio Williams is in good shape still showing a good shine. All the panels are straight and dent free with no evidence of rust or corrosion. The only negatives to be found on closer inspection are some minor stone chips to the front of the bonnet and bumper. The black plastic trim on the car is unmarked and still attached securely, however there are a few parts that have faded and lost their colour over time which is quite common of cars this age.

Inside the Clio has grey cloth sports seats and blue piping with the Williams logo stitched onto the back rest, both front seats are in good condition and do not suffer from the usual wear to the bolster. The rear seats have little to no wear and look very clean. Continuing the colour scheme the blue carpet is in good condition and still has the original Williams over-mats protecting it although there is some slight wear to the driver's side mat. The car comes with an Alpine CD player with ipod connection, electric windows, electric side mirrors, central locking and an alarm/immobiliser which all work perfectly. All the heating controls work as do all the dash lights and steering column controls.

At the corners the Williams comes with the original 15" gold alloy wheels which are all in fine condition and finished in the correct shade of gold. On close inspection there are a few kerb marks to the polished lip. They are shod with matching Michelin PS2 tyres that all have a good amount of tread left on them. The car has after market 4 pot Wilwood Brakes that provide incredible stopping power. The car also has an additional Renault gearbox mount to tighten up the drivetrain and a new clutch has been fitted in the last 10,000 miles.

The Clio was first registered in February 1995. It still has the original maintenance book with 9 stamps, MOT certificates and a receipt for the all important timing belt replacement in January 2012.

The original owner's manual and handbooks also come with the car.
