1973 Jaguar V12 E-Type Convertible Automatic.

The car was directly purchased from Austin in Texas in 2004 from a British owned Classic Jaguar Garage specialist. They were selling the vehicle on behalf of their client, who had owned it from new and came with a huge file on work carried out servicing and maintaining on the car since new.

The car was and still is totally rust free through out and under the car in fact as good as when it was delivered new. There was a small section of the drivers side foot well which had a small patch treated as a sign of corrosion was showing.

The car was with documents showing the mileage of 48,000 miles which from the documentation is believed to be correct and it still had its original cross ply tyres virtually worn out and baked with the sun and heat as was all the brake , power steering, hoses and other rubbers. Since being purchased in 2004 the parts have been completely replaced.

The radiator and water pump (no overheating whatsoever) power steering, brakes, new S/S exhaust, electronic ignition, shock absorbers, new tyres.

The car is finished in brilliant white, with chrome wires wheels, black newish hood (minor bit of damage on hood) the interior is original blue leather with a small bit of wear on drivers side arm on seat, newish carpets.

This automatic V12 E Type drives absolutely perfectly and is 100% reliable, running hot all day at 50/60lbs oil pressure and running all day with temperature gauge at normal.

The mileage is currently 58,000 miles, mostly done in France which it was purchased for and its a very pretty motor car admired every where it goes. The car comes with a dust cover and an original workshop manual for the car along with all the documentation and history. The car since purchased has been in a heated garage.
