The Aston Martin V8 Vantage Supercharged, Newport Pagnell pedigree was one of the last hand built, hand assembled Aston Martin motor cars of its time to leave the Buckinghamshire factory. The V8 Vantage followed the Virage was to be named the Virage Vantage, but this was a different motor car and if ever driven it is understandable, the encounter of sheer power and performance from a two ton motor car is outstanding.
Designed by a team of very enthusiastic engineers who had a passion for the marquee and understanding of what the Aston Martin owners wanted from the brand, built 511 of the most outstanding motor cars of its era.
The V8 Vantage is built on a hand formed steel chassis, with hand beaten aluminium crafted panels, hand painted with, a luxuries hand made leather and wood interior and assembled by craftsman with years of experience of building exclusive luxury prestigious motor cars.
This fine example six speed example was built in 1995 and with chassis number 70101 was built while the face lift change was taking place with the earlier square triple head lamps and the later four dial dash. The car is in fine fettle having a good maintained history. First sold and maintained through the Norwich Aston Martin dealer Stratton Motors. The car is unmolested, looks great and drives so well. Finished in Rolls Royce Royal Blue with Parchment, Piped Dark Blue leather trim and Dark Blue carpets, Parchment Alcentara roof lining. The car is fitted with its original Alpine music system with pop out screen and satellite navigation system; also Works Service fitted traction control system.
