1967 Mk2 Ford Cortina 1300cc 2 Door Deluxe 1,300cc pre-crossflow engine. Rare car and one of the first Mk2s assembled by Ford of Cork, Ireland. One previous (same family) owner. Body colour: Ermine White. Engine completely rebuilt incl. unleaded head. New mechanical parts: Clutch; brakes; front & rear suspensions; track control arms, track rod ends & idler arm; oil, water & fuel pumps; carburettor; coil; distributor; battery; voltage regulator; flywheel, ring gear and radiator. Dynamo & starter overhauled. New Bendix. New body panels: both front wings; bonnet & slam panel; driver's door; O/S rear wing; sill panels; front suspension top panels, and the boot's tool & wheel well panels. Bodywork totally re-sprayed & stone-guarded underneath. New rubber seals to front & rear windscreens, side windows & doors. New interior headlining. Front & rear seats re-upholstered in original red colour by ex-Ford of Cork upholsterer. New rear window parcel shelf. Spares available include re-conditioned steering column & box; re-conditioned final drive unit; some electrical items, original Ford carburettors and various other small items. Original Owners Manual and Original Bill of Sale. Ford Workshop and Parts Manuals. Circa €16,500.00 spent on car. No swaps or part-exchanges.
