Silver with original black hide interior. Dark grey knock-on Minilite magnesium wheels as originally supplied with correct specification tyres. Automatic. Four owners. 55,000 miles only from new with comprehensive history from new. A standard car with no performance/handling modifications, bodily restored for us a few years ago by the legendary Alan Holdaway having been known to us for many years. Some History of the AC 428

A Cobra MkIII coil-suspended chassis was extended by 6'' in the wheelbase and dispatched to Italy to be clothed in elegant coachwork by Pietro Frua, the result looking not unlike the Maserati Mistral from the same studio. A two-seater convertible was completed for the 1965 London Motor Show, while the 1966 Geneva Show saw the launch of the Fastback coupe.
