A lovely car in very original condition finished in sliver over shell grey. The exterior is in good sound order with slight fading to the paint.

The interior is original red leather again in good patinated order with matching red carpets. The seat backs benefit from having occasional burr walnut tables fitted. All walnut cappings & the dash board are in decent condition. Recorded mileage is an indicated 69,800. The car is fitted with seat belts to the front.

The car has been little used in recent years, spending most of its time in the owners garage.

It may be viewed by appointment at our Henley premises & will be supplied with a 12 month MOT upon sale.

Some History of the Bentley S2

The Bentley S1 was powered by the company's well-proven 4.9-litre smooth six-cylinder engine of the R type, with twin SU carburettors. Coil and wishbone independent front suspension was new, and with four-speed automatic transmission, the S1 was able to convey its occupants in an ambience of leather seats and walnut veneer to speeds approaching 100mph.
