Hi for sale is a rust/rot free classic Toyota Celica 1600 ST TA22. 85k on the clock, has MOT until April 2010 but no Tax (not tax exempt). A real joy to drive and a real head turner. It is all original inside and out, and the car is structurally solid, its had new sills, underneath is solid with no tin worm or rust etc. Car can be driven and used everyday, or a good foundation for restoration. We all know what they are worth and appreciate in value between £4500-£8000+. The body is in good condition, no holes, rot or rust apart from a bubble on the roof near the right side rear quarter, had a respray some years ago as u can see from pic (cant give a date). Original interior the front seats look their age with drivers side with a little pea size hole but other than that interior is original and looks good. Side panels are in good condition no rips or tears. Original dash with no cracks. Original mileage 85k on the clock. It comes with original stereo. All glass is in good condition. Original 1600 ST engine, had a recent service and tune to make it run smoother and idle sweeter. Stainless steel straight through exhaust on it which makes it sound raspy and throaty. No knocking noises, or smoke, again this car has been used regularly and the engine is solid. 5 speed original gearbox, no knocking noises or whining, solid transmission, smooth gear changes.
