Beautiful and cherished late 1994 XJS in black. I Bought the car from Clarkes xjs specialists in 2005 with 48K on the clock and have had five years of trouble free summer motoring. It has been pampered and garaged over the winter months. It comes with a full service history from new and a file full of documentation including sales brochures. Most recently cared for by the Heritage Car Company (historic Jaguar specialists) the car has recently been treated to new EBC brake discs all round from KWE (ventilated to front) and a rear end rebuild with rebuilt diff by Eric Battelle, adjustable shocks and new springs as advised by KWE and fitted by HCC. Cosmetically the alloys are all blemish free. the car was professionally resprayed in 2005 to black from blue and now has three of four tiny chips on the leading edge of the bonnet and on the lip of the drivers door. these would be easily touched in and are too small to photograph. Correct badges for the boot lid which were not put back after painting will come with the car. The instrument binnicle was veneered to match the dash (the original jaguar part is surprisingly plastic) by Myrtle who also supplied the colour matched steering wheel. The car has the original jaguar radio, cassette player with 6 cd stack in the boot but a discreet jack for an ipod nano connect to the system from the glove box. The original tool box is present and correct with the jack and a space saver spare wheel. The car will come with a fitted indoor cover. The number plate is sold with the car. This is a hugely reluctant sale brought about by current economic conditions. This did help boost sales a little, although Jaguar dealers reported slow sales. The fuel crisis had coincided with the release of the XJS, so there was little demand for a 5.3L V12 tourer.
