Powered by the 6,230cc V8 that was introduced with the SII in 1960, the Chinese Eye SIII drophead was considerably lighter in weight to that of the Standard Steel SIII saloon, and consequently the performance and handling was much improved. Very few of this prestigious model were manufactured.
