Serial classic owner Justin Lazic is to host his first car auction at Bedford Autodrome in September.

Its inaugural auction will be held at Bedford Autodrome, on Thurleigh Airfield Business Park, just off the A6 near Bedford on Sunday, 6 September.

Classics Central has been launched by Justin Lazic, who owns the sales and restoration company Lazic Classics. Regular car sales are to being held on Sundays as the company believes more people will be free to attend at the weekend. There is plenty of on-site parking at the venue, owned by former Formula 1 driver Jonathan Palmer.

Lazic said: ‘Having been a regular on the auction scene for some time, I am well placed to understand the "magic" required to connect motivated buyers with motivated sellers of quality and collectible cars.’ He said the new auction house will charge premiums of 10% for buyers and 5% for sellers – both plus VAT.
